Belt Press from Carinthia

With the single-belt press you can manufacture the same fruits as with the rack and cloth press. Furthermore you have less lees compared to a two-belt-press, as the mesh is beeing pressed with surface pressure only - the same way as it is happening with the rack and cloth press. Through our patented design of the rolls (EP 92 890 263.4) you can reach a high output without additional rolls thanks to more linear pressing zones.

• linear press pressure are infinitely variable

 

By means of our rotary conical juice isieve it is possible to keep the wash water in a circular course. The belt cleansing happens in a close box with a high pressure nozzle of ca. 100 bar which guarantees absolutely clean belts.
